All examiners are fully proficient in field examinations of all collateral including, but not limited to systems, accounts receivable, inventory and accounts payable.  In addition, our group is a valued partner of the Special Loans and Situations departments of a number of lenders.

 

Asset Based Lending Field Examinations

While field examinations are a standard part of any asset based lending credit facility, GDR Advisory Group goes above and beyond with what we can offer to lenders.   Our examinations can be customized to meet the specific scope of the lender and we can offer a variety of additional value added services including, but not limited to:

  • Covenant compliance calculations
  • Review of daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Analysis of Accounting systems

Lender Monitoring

When circumstances require a lender to have their own set of eyes at a borrower’s place of business, GDR Advisory Group’s team is ready to help.  Our previous engagements have included:

  • Borrowing base preparation and review
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Operational reviews
  • Administration of Accounts Receivable collections
  • Daily monitoring of inventory activity

Inventory Count Services

GDR Advisory Group has a team dedicated to inventory count services.  Our team can be rapidly deployed to lead or assist in full physical counts.
