As a founding partner of GDR Advisory Group, Gino provides due diligence services for the asset based lending (ABL) industry, working with lenders in Canada and the U.S. His services extend to borrowers from a range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and retail, who need to access ABL capital. With a background in the ABL division of one of Canada’s premier banks, Gino has intricate knowledge in field examinations, account management, underwriting and operations. Gino is a CPA, CA, having earned his designation in 2004.

As a founding partner of GDR Advisory Group, Sean works with Canadian and U.S. banks lenders, providing due diligence services with respect to borrowers’ asset based lending (ABL) eligibility. He executes lenders’ prescribed collateral due diligence field exams for borrowers from an array of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and retail. He previously worked in the ABL division of one of Canada’s leading banks, providing him with hands-on experience in field examination, account management, underwriting and operations. Sean is a CPA, CA, having earned his designation in 2000.

Jasmin is a manager at GDR Advisory Group, working with Canadian and U.S. lenders to provide due diligence services for the asset based lending (ABL) industry. Her services include performing field exams for borrowers who require ABL capital in industries ranging from manufacturing to distribution and retail. Jasmin has several years of experience working within a global bank in the areas of financial & regulatory reporting, hedge fund and private equity operations, and anti-money laundering. She also worked at a leading Canadian pharmaceutical company in the area of internal audit. Jasmin is a CPA, CMA, CFE, having earned her designations in 2013 and 2015 respectively, and joined the GDR partners in 2015.

Kal is a seasoned field examiner at GDR Advisory Group having experience in the audit/field examinations in Canada and the U.S. for most of the major Canadian and U.S. lenders. His services include performing field exams for borrowers who require ABL capital in industries ranging from manufacturing to distribution and retail. Kal also has several years of experience in public accounting and management advisory roles, having served broad range of clientele including but not limited to clients in Manufacturing, retail and distribution, oil and gas, construction and agriculture industry. Kal earned his CPA, CGA in 2014.

Mahesh is a field examiner at GDR Advisory Group and brings more than 20 years of experience in the audit/ examination field in Canada, the U.S. and internationally. Experienced as a field examiner in the ABL industry, Mahesh has performed more than 250 survey/pre-fund exams as a lead examiner in the last 15 years. He has successfully led field exams involving multi-company, multi-division, and multi-location entities across a diverse range of industries. His track record includes field exams for more than 30 lenders in the ABL industry in the last 15 years. Mahesh earned his CPA from Illinois State University in 1999 and his CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1989.
